Pegida, AFD, and all those who want to turn Europe into a fortress simply do not get it and probably never will: When it comes to fleeing, it is rarely about "this is where I want to go" but rather about "I have to get away from here," whether due to war and persecution or simply because of a hopeless economic situation. In "No wall too high," the current single from the upcoming Wisecräcker album "Vida En Color," this aspect is precisely addressed. The lyrics are primarily inspired by Nujeen Mustafa, who made her way from Syria to Germany in a wheelchair in 2015. The visual implementation once again comes from the Mexican artist Benjamin Estrada, with whom the band has been collaborating for many years.
Tour dates:
03/10/23 Braunschweig, B58
03/11/23 Hannover, Faust (release concert)
06/08-10/23 Merkers, Rock am Berg
07/01/23 Loshausen, Rock im Park
09/09/23 Sassenhausen, Rock an der Schmiede
