Dan Reed Network is excited to announce the release of “Homegrown,” the third single from their highly anticipated sixth studio album “Let's Hear It For The King“. The new album was released on Friday, June 17, 2022, by Drakkar Entertainment.
On the new album Let's Hear If For The King, Dan Reed Network returns with a collection of their distinctive brand of exciting rock, funk, and soul. The highly anticipated sixth studio album is the first from DRN since the 2018 album “Origins.” Let's Hear It For The King brings the band’s original vision full circle - challenging beliefs, breaking down the existing, and creating something new from the rubble. "This is the hardest, funkiest, and most melodic DRN album ever," says Dan Reed. "These songs are the strongest presentation of the band sound we have ever created. You have been warned!"
The new DRN album is not for the faint of heart, as it features infectious melodies, provocative lyrics, and honors the roots of funk rock. The new album is aimed at visionaries who want to be part of and witness the next step in the artistic development of Dan Reed Network.
The new album coincides with DRN's European tour, which includes a nine-day co-headline tour with Reckless Love and special guests Collateral in the UK, as well as headline shows in Sweden, Norway, Belgium, and Germany in August and September.
"The new album growls and bites," says an enthusiastic Dan Reed. "We wanted to try ourselves alongside young, energetic bands, and who better to do that with than Reckless Love and Collateral. These guys can rock. Anyone who has seen DRN live knows that we come alive right there. We are ready to deliver a lot of energy and give the audience a direct shot of funk n' roll!"
