- finally album details: artwork and tracklist!

The Berlin punk/rock band RADIO HAVANNA will release their new album "Alerta" on May 4th through the new Münster label UNCLE M, which has recently gained attention with releases from Chuck Ragan, Hot Water Music, Dispatch, and Waterdown.

"Alerta" is the successor to the 2010 album "Lauter Zweifel," which already marked a significant step up the ladder of fame for the Berlin band. Over the past two years, Radio Havanna has combined social and political engagement like few other German bands, with countless tours and collaborations. The quartet raised four-figure donations for Oxfam (and even hiked 100 km through the Harz mountains in 30 hours for the charity during the "Trailwalker"!), played benefit concerts for the Antifa initiative "Kein Bock Auf Nazis," and released a single in support of the Skate Aid foundation featuring former Pennywise frontman Jim Lindberg. At the same time, Radio Havanna played several hundred shows, including with Anti Flag, Sum41, Lagwagon, Flogging Molly, Good Charlotte, Rise Against, Zebrahead, and many more!

"Alerta" now represents the next step for Radio Havanna - and the aggressive cover sets the tone: even more provocative and personal lyrics meet even more melodic punk rock songs.

Tracklist "Alerta"
01 Flüstern, rufen, schreien
02 Rettungsboot
03 Die Zeit Rennt
04 Du kannst mir alles nehmen
05 Wir stehen im Regen
06 Unvergänglich
07 Hubert – Nein!
08 Monster
09 Goldfischglas
10 Superlativ von Scheiße
11 Kein Anschluss
12 Die letzte Nacht

Radio Havanna guitarist Arni says about the upcoming album: "We are very happy to release our new album with our friends at Uncle M. Uncle M understands our DIY attitude like no one else and walks with us on alternative and creative paths.” Label manager Mirko Gläser adds: "I have been impressed by Radio Havanna for years with their social engagement and the way they incorporate complex political messages into their catchy songs. There is hardly a German punk rock band that is as in touch with the times as they are."

For their release parties in Erfurt (on May 26) and Berlin (on May 30), the band has come up with something special. In the Uncle M shop ( http://unclem.merchcowboy.com ) limited collector's hard tickets for the two concerts are available, whose buyers will receive the first MP3s of the new album for free weeks before the concerts!
