Street musicians are certainly something everyone has encountered at some point in a pedestrian zone. But what about under-the-bridge musicians? You can find them on July 17 under the Mülheimer Brücke in Cologne. This is not a well-organized festival; self-catering is the order of the day, which saves you the entrance fee. And there are nice bands like Painwords, Nötigung, and Die Toten Ratten (Ex-Heiter Bis Wolkig, Ex-HBW, Ex-Die Roten Ratten) to see as well.
