"Tomorrow will be worse! A good year after the debut album, the band of the moment serves up a new piece of music with a hit density of 100 percent, constantly switching between crisis analysis, apocalyptic mood, and fun. The critiques of wage labor, militarization, fascization, and the general downfall of the Federal Republic of Germany and its officials quickly leave the realm of realpolitik and suggest beyond that: Either we can continue to believe we are on the right side, while knowingly sinking with the claim that we have always been against it - or we go underground. The artists from Southern Germany manage to confront the grim present and the even worse tomorrow, to chastise themselves for their own inability to act, while simultaneously not losing their cynical lightness. The songs are lovingly crafted and yet appear carefree and spontaneous, making it a great puzzle whether the tape was meticulously thought out or jammed together in a week. The sound shifts between rough German punk, rocking riffs, and romantic indie tendencies. Just great rock.
