Now that's what I call a tight schedule for a new product or a new band....
Out of nowhere, only with the experiences of an old product named GLÜCK UMSONST and its singer / lyricist / guitarist Thorsten, LACHE was founded in 2018 by Till (guitar), Pisse (bass / vocals), Jari (drums), and of course Thorsten. The first songs were recorded in 2019 and publicly presented for the first time in April 2020. In December 2020, the official introduction of the first E.P. "Schlechte Zeiten" with 5 songs, which I really like, took place.
These 5 songs are not just German-language punk rock music; no, with the occasional light stoner rock and the frequently emerging light metal riffs, there is variety and a good dose of energy in the songs. On top of that, there is an expressive vocal performance that immediately reminds one of Claus Lüer (CHEFDENKER, KNOCHENFABRIK), which earns extra points. The lyrics cover the cycle of life, from Paris to stones at a demo, warm beer in summer, basements full of corpses, burning cars, and Lindenstraße to God. Well, aren't these all signs of "Schlechte Zeiten"? ;-)
Unfortunately, the E.P. is already over after 11 minutes, and the lyrics are not included. :-(
Nevertheless, I am looking forward to the continuation of LACHE’s "Schlechte Zeiten II".
