A packed German punk sampler that starts with a funny yet actually frightening (due to its stupidity) intro. The sampler was created after 10 years of work by the Konfisziert label. Still, I hadn't heard anything about it until today, which is clearly a shame. Because the silver disc kicks off well with mostly good to very good German punk. Massendefekt start impressively and are entertainingly followed by Staatspunkrott. Amen 81 keeps the momentum going, and it gets a bit bumpier with Flucht auf Felgen. The Sparmarkt Terroristen also manage to convince. I could actually go on like this; essentially, there's nothing unspeakable on the record, everything is enjoyable. Some well-known bands like Skeptiker, Blutjungs (who definitely deliver the hit of the record, this song is just awesome), and die Roten Ratten (with a weak version of Nein, nein… - it sounded much better with Klaus the Violinist) engage in musical duels with lesser-known acts like Zielscheibe, Division 8, Kraft durch Suppe (heading in the direction of OXO 86, the singer has an even rougher voice, they can do something) or Pendejos. For the most part, the lyrics of the bands are very committed and scream against the injustices of the world. Keine Ahnung impresses with a scene-critical number against eternal drinking and not getting off your ass; otherwise, the state, cops, and Nazis are the dominant enemy images, cliché but always necessary, as our state leaders have already shown in the intro. All in all, a decent sampler that provides entertainment, and at a price of a maximum of €3 with a total of 23 songs, you don't need to think long.
