Loveless, the up-and-coming rock duo from Los Angeles, consisting of singer/producer Julian Comeau and multi-instrumentalist Dylan Tirapelli-Jamail, are releasing their new single "I Hope I'm Not Sick" through Rise Records.
The track produced by Comeau highlights the duo's unique blend of emo, alt-pop, and fast-paced hard rock. The song is an exploration of the emotional landscape that unfolds when dealing with mental health issues.
"Sick comes from a time when I thought my anxiety and depression were at their worst," Comeau explains. "For years, I pretended to be okay and that everything was fine, even while I was struggling with unbearable mental anguish and the fear that it would never end. Writing this song allowed me to free myself from that fear and accept that my mental illness is a part of me that I have to confront and not be afraid to face. I hope it provides similar comfort to others."

Loveless will perform this summer at Lollapalooza in Chicago before continuing their world tour in Australia, Europe, and the UK, with two shows in Germany also scheduled:
20.09.23: Berlin - Columbia Theater
21.09.23: Hamburg - Reeperbahn Festival
Loveless first met in 2019 and released their debut single "Better" in April 2020, just as the COVID restrictions were coming into full effect. The restrictions prevented any touring plans, and Loveless used social media to connect with their fans worldwide.
The two began posting exciting covers online, landing at number 2 on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart with their version of Elley Duhé's "MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT," catching Lizzo's attention with their rendition of "About Damn Time," and going viral with their emo/pop-punk version of Billie Eilish's "Happier Than Ever," to name just a few examples.
