In contrast to the "Die, Die, Die" attitude of the band in their earlier years, "Don’t Die" is about not giving up. The band members have experienced personal losses of friends in recent years, who were unable to overcome their depression and despair. Originally written for Nick's cancer-stricken father, "Don’t Die" quickly became a universally applicable song and the most emotional one on the new album by Bloodstrings.
The brand new music video was shot by Jens Fischer (Broilers documentary) at the Bunker Of Arts in Aachen and shows Bloodstrings from a dark side that long-time fans already know about them.
This is the second single release from the upcoming Bloodstrings album "Heartache Radio," which will be released in June via Dackelton Records / Broken Silence and produced by DONOTS.
