After "Meins/Deins" and "Vampire", Leto confronts customs - or better "lies" - with Sunday.
Sunday has always been a difficult day for Leto, with a particularly special atmosphere. In their own childhood, one would unknowingly struggle with their stamp booklet for church services. The strong feeling of being out of place and the general lack of space for free thoughts. As an adult, it's a day "to recover". Somehow, though, it also feels like a full stop in a fast world that sometimes seems too constructed. Instead of taking time to pursue interests or truly rest (how does one do that?), there usually remains only the digital to-do list, filled with family celebrations and "that's how it's done" that immediately shoot you back to the church bench in your mind. When can one actually do what they want? How can one finally get rid of this province? Where do obligations end and why is it so hard to break familiar patterns?
