The US breakout band THE INTERRUPTERS finally release their new album "In The Wild“ (Hellcat / Indigo) today and add a large number of new hit singles to their in-house playlist.
Lead singer Aimee Interrupter comments on the song as follows:
"In my formative years, I grew up with a lot of turmoil and abuse in the home. I had no stable caregivers to turn to, and I couldn't trust anyone. I ended up in a foster family and moved around a lot during my childhood. That laid the groundwork for many missteps in my life. I really feel like I was raised by wolves, in the wild. This song is about coming to terms with that and forgiving those I expected to be there for me, while also forgiving myself.”
