Since April 1, 2022, the brand new SCHARPING single "Emily" is available along with an (again) absolutely compelling video.
Following the previous hits ALTERNATIVE ZUR UMWELT and I SMOKE ME FAT, anticipation for the debut album of the quartet, which was formed in Berlin, is significantly rising as it is set to be released next week. SCHARPING seems to be one of those bands that never run out of ideas and have a fine sense for great musical (and visual) gestures.
The band consists of:
Kevin Kuhn (DIE NERVEN)
Jermain Mikel Herold (LOST GIRLS)
Angelo Fonfara (NILLE PROMILLE)
and Christian Heerdt (BOTSCHAFT)
On their debut album "Unser Charping," the four-piece impresses with catchy rock songs sprinkled with a fine touch of humor, ranging from disco grinding to circle pits, which "Emily" once again immediately demonstrates.
