They are going on a tour through the JVAs in the country.
The band says the following:
In the summer of 2018, we played for the first time in a JVA under the motto "Giving Something Back." It was an unforgettable day filled with many emotional moments. We have been making music together for over a decade, often and gladly using the word "incredible," but we have never played a concert so raw. After careful consideration and intensive planning, it is clear:
We will once again play four concerts for the inmates of various correctional facilities.
Why are we doing this?
We feel that, especially after the past months, it is more important than ever to go to places where there is neither live music nor any other cultural projects. The current pandemic has shown us all how much we miss breaking out of our daily routine through live concerts or other events. Because it is precisely this atmosphere in clubs and on stages that gives us the inspiration and drive to want to create something, to set goals with the urge to achieve, change, or even improve something.
For this very reason, we have decided to go back into the JVAs and play for the inmates, to take them out of their daily lives for a moment and bring them into our free world. To give a moment of life to inspire a desire for a life afterwards. We have already experienced what emotions this can evoke. And if these concerts can give even a spark of hope to one of the incarcerated individuals for leaving something good in their future life, then we as a band have achieved everything.
