The legendary German metal band Kreator surprises their fans and the heavy metal world with a brand new song and music video. "666 - World Divided" is now available on all digital platforms and from April 10, 2020, as a limited split 7" with Lamb Of God in the Kreator band shop and in the Nuclear Blast mailorder. The joint tour of the two bands has recently been postponed to the fall.
Even the most die-hard fans probably didn't expect this: completely without prior announcement or lengthy lead-ups, Kreator has released new music: "666 - World Divided" is now available on all digital platforms as well as a limited split 7" with Lamb Of God (whose side features the already released song "Checkmate" from the upcoming new Lamb Of God studio album). The vinyl 7" will be available from April 10 in the Kreator band shop and in the Nuclear Blast mailorder.

"666 - World Divided" is by no means a leftover demo or from the Kreator archives. "666 - World Divided" is the first new piece of music from Kreator since the release of their last studio album "Gods Of Violence" in January 2017, as well as the first joint recording with the new bassist Frédéric Leclercq.
Co-produced by Andy Sneap and Markus Ganter and recorded in the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin, "666 - World Divided" combines all the trademarks that have brought this band from the Ruhr area to worldwide fame. Thrash metal in a complex and highly melodic form, producing slogans that will be etched into school desks or painted on house walls for generations to come.
"After more than three long years, we are excited to present our brand new single '666 - World Divided' to you," says band leader, vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist Mille Petrozza. "More than ever, the message of this song is important: we must stick together in this increasingly divided world. Take care of yourselves and most importantly: stay metal!"
The music video for "666 - World Divided" was directed by Jörn Heitmann, who is also responsible for the music videos for "Radio" and "Ausländer" by Rammstein.
