BETONTOD - Info about the show in Düsseldorf
December 17, 2016 // Mitsubishi Electric Hall
(TICKET SALES STARTED ON December 18, 2015)
"The mainstream will never like us... And that's a good thing!"
What lyricist and composer Frank Vohwinkel means with this short statement is the essence of nearly a quarter-century of reality in which the band exists and feels comfortable. Never being played on the radio, never receiving media support through TV appearances, and yet feeling like they have done everything right, that is what defines this band. This band name is unavoidable, whether you like it or not.
This band continues to shake up the music scene and will give their biggest concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Hall in Düsseldorf on December 17, 2016, as a year-end finale.
Why?
"Because we want to and because we want to show that it works even without all this music and promotion circus. That every young band seeing this can think, If they can do it, then we can too, in a different way! We are giving the mainstream a good kick in the ass! That is our motivation."
