After traveling around Germany and Europe for a few years, the two ex-Californians and the American members of SCHEISSE MINNELLI, Sam Actione and Mikey Minnelli, ended up in the area of Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel.
In a mix of curiosity and disgust, they explored the area, which somehow heavily reminded them of the Mission District in San Francisco during the 80s and early 90s, before gentrification and before the Google yuppies had driven away all the poor people and every dive bar. One day, Sam and Mikey happened to witness a shooting near the train station, right in front of a retreat for junkies called "Cafe Fix," where they were standing right next to it.
This later inspired the song and the idea for this video.
