The wait is over! The confirmed dates for the Fall Tour 2014 are here.
Following the spectacular guerrilla release of their new punk rock milestone album
"Punk gibt's nicht umsonst! (Teil III)" comes the first encore from the Swabian
punk rock legend.
The tour will take WIZO across Germany, Austria, South Tyrol, and Switzerland from October 23 to December 13, 2014. For over twenty years, WIZO has been not only one of the most successful but also one of the most inventive and unpredictable punk rock bands of our time. With their unique extra dose of charm
and sexiness, more vibrant than ever and always with plenty of bite and irony, the Sindelfingers will once again make it clear in 2014 where the punk rock hammer hangs.
From small clubs to sports halls and an open-air event in December, WIZO will take their much-quoted "only shit job" seriously and blast their hits at the audience, showering them with love, cursing them wildly, or doing whatever else is necessary to stir the hearts, bellies, and outstretched fists of the fans. Always with new energy and full of fresh inspiration, WIZO is not a band that rests on its laurels.
Fans can be very curious about what singer Axel Kurth and his bandmates have planned for this year.
In his typical, unmistakable manner, WIZO frontman and guitarist Axel Kurth has the following call:
"Come to our concerts! We will play your and our favorite songs, the old ones and the really old ones, but of course also a few of the new ones. We will give it our all and we will be thrilled if you enjoy it. It will get tight and hot and dark and loud. And with good chances of bruises
and ringing ears and lost shoes and sweaty clothes. And everyone will sing at the top of their lungs and there will be a lot of laughter. Depending on the physical condition, there will be moshing and hugging with strangers, drinks will be consumed and maybe even thrown up again. But for a few hours, all the everyday shit can go to hell and the great time together will be something no one can take away from us. And the next morning might be shit and hard, but it doesn't matter, because when we think of that evening, we will have that unmistakable, goofy grin under our deep eye bags. And we will recognize each other everywhere by that and then we will have to grin even more. And we are looking forward to that!"
In addition to the big old hits, the Swabians will also play new songs from the brand new WIZO album "Punk gibt's nicht umsonst! (Teil III)". And the punk rockers leave no doubt about one thing: their music and their message. "Punk gibt's nicht umsonst! (Teil III)" is a breathtaking musical and lyrical
rollercoaster that sweeps listeners on an emotional, varied trip through angry cynical nihilism, rough romantic tragicomedies, impetuous outbursts of rage, and strictly vegan self-mutilation. Always seasoned with bittersweet earworm melodies, rough compositions, and razor-sharp arrangements in a uncompromising production. All elements that have etched the creative eruptions of one of the musically
versatile punk rock bands of the golden 90s generation deep into the hearts of countless fans around the world for decades. With this album, WIZO has once again impressively fulfilled their "only shit job" beyond all measure.

The shows will be something very special for everyone involved, and there is no better way to kick off the tour than with additional concerts and to announce the grand finale with a "WIZO Tour End Grounds" in Stuttgart on Saturday, December 13, as another additional concert at LKA/Longhorn! It is already clear that each of the concerts will be a truly unique event for both the fans and the band, as no further concerts are planned for 2014.

- The Savants, the melody special unit from Tübingen, will be there from 20.11. to 29.11. and at the concert on 13.12. in LKA/Stuttgart. The punk sensation from Berlin reminds us all why we once didn't want to hang out with the preppies anymore, but instead jumped headfirst and joyfully into the wonderfully muddy pond called punk rock! The three Kotzis have super cool songs, snotty lyrics, and great tattoos (or whatever they're called) and will be on board from 05.12. in Meran until 13.12. in Stuttgart.
