The Aachen band FJØRT fell victim to a nasty theft about 2 weeks ago. They posted this on their Facebook page:
Hello you pitiful humans,
we would have lent you the amps for your recordings or a show. Just with a handshake for good days and mutual progress. You didn’t have to just break into our rehearsal room and take the gear without a note.
These are good devices. We worked hard for them and saved for many years. Please treat them with respect. If you sell the Sunn, please inform the buyer that it sometimes has issues with the EQ. The Glockenklang is still running perfectly after its 2 years. The DI on the latter amp is better!
We also thank you for the fact that the heist happened 8 days before our next shows and left us a small buffer for backups.
The things made of transistors and tubes have forged our sound, and we are already looking forward to your work! It will be cream!
For all those who still have a minimum sense of honor left in their bodies, we ask you to inform us if you find these items on websites, at the corner convenience store, or in the local sewage system:
