Kraftklub announced on their Facebook page that they would like to decline the nomination for the Echo. The reason is the nomination of the nationalist Frei.Wild for the best "NATIONAL" Rock/Alternative Band. Here is the original statement:

"We asked our record label to ensure that our nomination for the Echo in the category "Rock/Alternative National" is withdrawn. We do not want to be mentioned in such a context any longer. Although we were pleased to be nominated alongside Mia., Die Toten Hosen, Unheilig, and Die Ärzte. It's a shame about the nice aftershow party…"

MOLLLUST - the opera metal connoisseurs pay tribute to Johann Sebastian Bach: After the release of their highly regarded debut album "Schuld" in 2012, the band is now back with an exceptionally refined Bach project! Titled "Bach Con Fuoco", this lovingly crafted 4-track EP does not offer a typical baroque interpretation of Johann Sebastian Bach's works. Instead, the tasteful Leipzig aesthetes led by singer and pianist Janika Groß present a radical modernization of Bach's compositions. Bach is interpreted with stylistic elements from later epochs and infused with a metal spirit. MOLLLUST impress as the deserving winners of the BachSpiele 2012 in Leipzig with a consistent style mix. Thus, "Bach Con Fuoco" (release date 17.03.2013) follows the exact line of "Schuld", but is even more rooted in classical music thanks to the Bach templates.
