Many journalists and fans of the band have already dubbed “Sinéad” their favorite from the new Top 10 album by Within Temptation. Now the song has been chosen as the official second single by the band and is equipped with four spectacular dance remixes, including those by VNV Nation and Scooter.
For many Within Temptation fans in Germany, the release of the CD single on July 15 is already worth a joyful dance, as the first 1,500 CD singles (2 track) contain a voucher code for a free ticket to the “First Challenge” concert of the band on August 12 at the Huntenpop Festival in Ulft (NL). Ulft is only 15 km from Bocholt at the German-Dutch border.
Within Temptation will present themselves with a brand new stage aesthetic, in which the story of their concept album “The Unforgiving” will come to life. The entire concept album will be played in the order of the CD. The specially written comic and the short films produced for it will create a breathtaking visual mix of stage design, video projections, and sophisticated pyrotechnic effects, making The First Challenge a unique rock show. In the second part of the over two-hour performance, Within Temptation will present their greatest hits and cult songs from 15 years of band history.
With a large supporting program, The First Challenge concert will become a special kind of Within Temptation happening. In addition to an aftershow party with a DJ set, there will be a signing session and a photo shoot with the racing car driven by guitarist Robert Westerholt in the “Unforgiving” design, as well as a film documentation of the event that fans can participate in.
