For the long-awaited album "Feuerengel", which will be released on January 28, 2011, via Fatianol Records/Rough Trade, there are already excellent results to report. GEIST has entered the DAT 20 Club Charts (official German Club Charts) with their first single "Feuerengel" and has been holding strong there for 10 weeks.

There will also be a release show in Cologne at Werkstatt on January 29, 2011.
Here are some voices:
GEIST has its own style. This is mainly due to the fact that hardly anyone else brings this very special pathos in the German language, which not only appeals to noise makers but also to character heads like Tori Amos, and thrives on using the voice as an instrument. With grand Vedder melodies, Tankian-like vibrato, and the courage for linguistic anarchy, they bring all the good to the Rhine that makes life worth living.
(Visions)
The quartet has secured a niche that is still largely unoccupied in the German-speaking area.
