Since last Saturday he had been missing, now it is a sad certainty. "Paul" Andreas Kaina is dead. On Wednesday, his body was found in the Leine in the northern part of Hanover. Paul, who played guitar in Recharge and later in Franz Wittich, was only 43 years old. It is suspected that he fell into the water while heavily intoxicated, but it is currently only certain that he drowned.

Paul died during a festival ("das fährmannsfest"), where barriers and security personnel are set up everywhere to collect money for entry and alcohol, but not where they could consistently protect the same people from themselves.
