The band Der Steinkopf was founded in late 1995 by Alex "Mahler". It may be the only band from Russia that includes songs not only in Russian but also in German in its repertoire. The band has released five albums, four of which are on CD. They have played hundreds of concerts in Russia, Germany, and Austria with bands like Distemper, Antikörper, and Naiv.
After their fifteen-year anniversary, the band has decided to honor Germany one last time as part of their farewell tour. "Now or never!" is the name of the tour, and it certainly reflects the program.

18.09.11 Vienna / Shelter
