In the east of the country, not much usually happens. This changes in Chemnitz on September 25, when a total of 16 quite notable bands will rock the Save the Scene Festival from noon until deep into the night. There’s enough material for actually two days, so only true night owls will likely witness the performances of Pestpocken, Rawside, and Eight Balls with open eyes. The festival stands for 100% D.I.Y., which is also reflected in the admission price of 15 euros, promoting more tolerance and against right-wing openness in the scene.
