Christmas Eve. Even if one can't relate to the Christian story, surely everyone still enjoys receiving gifts. If you've already fallen out of favor with the big guy in the red suit, you'll have to pull your presents from the internet yourself. For example, at The Momrats, who offer their songs here for individual download. And for those who want to experience the band live again after a year and a half break, they can be booked for performances starting in March. Contact via email at band [at] themomrats [dot] de.
"The Downfall Des Ease" is the title of the song that Liberty Madness offers here. You can get five more tracks from the guys with the EP "Hello short fuse" for a small fee.
DeathGlamPunkn´roll fresh from the press and already online at Rapidshare: http://rapidshare.com/files/325344828/SPXM_DeathGlamPunkn__roll.zip.html. Not uploaded by any evil pirates, but by the SPXMs themselves. The stylish CD with a sexy cover looks much better on the shelf than a cheap blank disc. Those who value quality should order the silver disc from SPXM or Subwix.
Chra Fuhl is the name of the combo that presents the two treats Polizeistaat (Warning, proprietary Microsoft Codec) and Bone Heads. You can also watch the bald heads in motion on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIm68AT6TBo. And the whole CD is available for 5 euros + 1.45 euros for shipping and packaging from the Chra Fuhls. Event organizers who want to arrange a live gig in 2010 should also get in touch.
The MP3s from the latest EP by Alltagsdasein are available for free download at mp3.de. As if that weren't enough, the guys around RamTatTa reporter Chris also express their intention to maintain this free mentality for future releases.
Once again at Rapidshare lies the album "Tales From Stonewood Forest" released in May of this year by tomleftmarybleeding. At Jamendo, you can find the brand new single "Endstation Aufbruch" by Beton Inferno. Another EP titled "This Heart Is Not For Sale" by Wretched is waiting to populate as many hard drives as possible: http://www.wretched-band.de/download_ep/. Ey Lou Flynn even sends his album "Well, I did my best!" for free by mail.
That The Pirate Bay is not only suitable for the illegal exchange of protected works is proven by Shearer. The piece "Pirate Anthem" was specifically made available for this platform under a Creative Commons license as an ode to free culture, the future of knowledge dissemination, and all those working to make this future a reality. With the same license, all other releases on shearer.de can also be downloaded.
One can only say thank you to all the mentioned bands for their generosity. And for bringing their mild gifts to my attention. Anyone who wants to stay updated on free downloads even after Christmas should follow me on the RamTatTa Twitter Account, where many more tempting goodies can be found in the history.
