We lost our court hearing regarding our logo today.
Our lawyers gave it their all & researched (which cannot be said for the prosecution & the judge) & were very confident, but as soon as the judge opened her twisted mouth, it became clear to us that the matter had long been decided against us in advance.
In the end, we face a total fine of about 3300 euros + trial & attorney fees...
We will appeal & take the whole thing to the regional court, so the final word has not yet been spoken.

This hit me personally very hard & it feels really good to know that you have people who are there for you.
Tonight we will still celebrate at AK47 in Düsseldorf, we won't let such crap get us down!
