On Friday, April 24, 2026, ERECTION released the title track of their upcoming album "Plug It In" - In this powerful Punk'n'Roll number, DIE TOTEN HOSEN drummer Vom Ritchie is on drums, and he also appears in the music video for the single.

The song "Plug It In" serves as something like the mission statement of the band from Würzburg: "Plug it in / Let the Fallout begin" - ERECTION wants to have fun, and they succeed excellently on their second album. Singer Julia expresses herself unfiltered on the album, sometimes in English, sometimes in German, but always raw.
Following the album release shows in Düsseldorf and Würzburg, the band will be seen at numerous festivals and their own shows until the end of the year.
