It might be the most combative track on the eighth studio album of the Berlin skate punks: "Leuchtraketen" (release date 05.09.25) recalls the sound and content of the band's early albums like "Herz für die Sache". Broad guitars and aggressive vocals define the song about protest on the streets.
"When the world escalates, we must escalate too - Wherever there is injustice, there will always be people who resist it," says singer Joshi about ZSK's self-understanding, who also repeatedly perform at protest actions and demonstrations. Despite all the fighting spirit, "Leuchtraketen" also stands for hope and solidarity - "Helicopters are circling / I stand firmly by your side"
From the release of "Feuer & Papier" on 26.09., the band will play nearly 30 shows in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland until mid-January 2025.
