The four-member band Sleep Theory - vocalist Cullen Moore, guitarist Daniel Pruitt, bassist Paolo Vergara, and drummer Ben Pruitt - was one of the biggest success stories of 2023. The year 2024 has proven to be just as monumental for the quartet, which shows no signs of slowing down. Today, Sleep Theory releases the powerful performance video for "Paralyzed".
The video showcases the band doing what they do best - and that is playing live!

"Paralyzed' is a piece that deals with the inner struggles we face and the attempt to overcome these obstacles while trying to move forward and find inner peace," explains the band. "This is the hardest track Sleep Theory has released so far, and the intensity of this record is meant to convey the magnitude of these inner battles."
Ones to Watch described the song as "catchy" and stated: "The track lives up to its name, starting with powerful, high-octane percussion, crushing guitar riffs, and deep bass lines that weave together into an exhilarating soundscape supporting Moore's smooth, rich adlibs."
Sleep Theory will tour Europe for the very first time next month as support for Falling in Reverse. To close out 2024, they will support Daughtry in the USA well into December. In January, they will perform at a one-off show with Beartooth and Dayseeker. All currently confirmed dates in DE are listed below, with more tours and live appearances planned for 2025.
SLEEP THEORY w/ FALLING IN REVERSE
Nov 16 — Würzburg — Posthalle – SOLD OUT
Nov 19 — Munich — Zenith – SOLD OUT
Nov 20 — Berlin — Velodrom
Since their emergence on the scene, Sleep Theory has risen from success to success. The band has been praised by Loudwire for their ability to "adapt 2000s arena rock and nu-metal with their anthemic, metallic sound for the future that would appeal to any fan of Linkin Park and the like.
"Captivating, emotional, and disarming all at once, Sleep Theory's supercharged single 'Numb' is everything a radio rock fan could wish for. You'll be humming it for days."
