The night captures its actors by itself. But whether it sweeps away the worries and problems of the day with all its charms, who really knows? Is the darkness more alluring than sunlight, who can judge that?
We only know: It is destructive to indulge in it and has led several of our friends down the wrong path. Sometimes with far too long intervals until the next day. And yet, time and again we fall for the beauty of the night and let ourselves be carried away by it. For a few hours of madness, intoxication, and equality. And until the next reunion, it’s sometimes just 19 cigarettes..
With "19 Zigaretten," Larrikins are already marking a powerful classic in their repertoire and simultaneously creating the prelude for their new album "Nichts ist jemals sicher," which will be released on January 31, 2025, via Dackelton Records.
