The music video by Alec Ferrara is a visually powerful metaphor about societal expectations, wrapped in a futuristic story.
In the film, the band searches for singer Kerry using a "Pirate Signal" to give her the chance to lead a different, alternative life that does not conform to common conventions and rules.
"Alternative life, a blessing and a curse.
Sometimes by free will, but most of the time it is an undeniable compulsion.
Living on a pirate signal, without a license, under the radar, far from what society expects of you, can be hard for the people around you to accept, but nonetheless, this is our life and we know no other way."
Available on limited colored vinyl editions, CD, and streaming. Special collector's editions and bundles.
