Founded in 1982, the band existed for only five years. Nevertheless, the band name Blut & Eisen is still familiar to many today. In addition to a demo tape, Schotte, Slinky, Krösus, and Karl released two EPs and two LPs on Weird Systems during this time. There were also various contributions to compilations. The band has now made all the songs available for MP3 download on their homepage. As if that weren't generous enough, the site also features scanned lyric booklets, clearly showcasing the handmade work from the pre-computer era.
