NATIVE YOUNG release "Pamela" video
A constantly evolving tapestry of culture, music, and togetherness. Native Young started in Cape Town as a home recording experiment by songwriter and producer Yannick Wilde and has developed into a supergroup with changing talents from all walks of life. As a true sound chameleon, their ever-changing sound is a fusion of anthemic, uplifting vocals, electronic folk, and raw African rhythms.
With their debut album "Kings", the band was awarded the SAMA (South African Music Award) for "Best Alternative Album" and has won the hearts of festival-goers and music lovers in Africa and Europe with their performances at international festivals - Fusion (Germany), Zermatt Unplugged (Switzerland), and Lake of Stars (Malawi).
Looking to the future, Native Young will release a series of new singles in 2024 in preparation for their highly anticipated second album "Champion", accompanied by exclusive showcase performances and a headline tour in Europe and the UK in October 2024.
Following the recent release of the single "Pamela", there is now a video for the song.
