Did I accidentally put in a Toten Hosen record? - No, I realize this when I read that this record was produced by the Hosen's live sound engineer, Dr. Uwe Faust. How good that there is more than just one producer; imagine if Heino sounded like the Hosen... Uuuaaahhhh!! Here, the Hosen really bring back some wild times, but it still sounds really good – However, I wonder if this is intentional; nothing against the Düsseldorfer, but as a band, you don't want to be a copy... Hit after hit lines up here, a record that truly takes off! The old recipe of the Hosen, putting Schlager chords into a punk rock coat, works time and again. Anthems are so easily crafted. There are 15 songs plus video clips for your ears and eyes. Even though Dr. Faust is very experienced, he seems to have not learned one thing, or maybe he just can't help it; everything he touches sounds like our old Düsseldorfers. But back and forth, the record is highly recommended. And if the band manages to maintain a certain distance from (Once Again) the Hosen, you can expect quite a bit from them.
