TERRORGRUPPE existed from 1993 to 2005. During these twelve years, the band played in countless clubs and AJZs across the republic, appeared on talk shows, wrote film music, and remained a controversial German punk band throughout their existence. The first two albums of the band have long been sold out. So what could be more fitting than to introduce the new punk generation to the band's first two albums? These two albums made punk history. They had the right songs at the right time. Now, one could simply reissue an old record. That would be a rip-off, but it would suit many bands. Not so with TERRORGRUPPE. All the songs have been remastered and no longer sound as scrappy as before. Instead, the songs now have more punch, which aligns well with the current zeitgeist. As if remastering 21 songs wasn't enough, there are also the bonus live tracks from the rare "Kinderwahnsinn" EP, as well as the magnificent video for "Kinderwahnsinn." On top of that, there's the original booklet from back then, along with nearly two pages of memories from close friends about this great band. Ah yes, those were the days. What more can be said? "No Airbags (for the CSU)," "Kinderwahnsinn," "1977," "I Am a Punk," and all the other songs well-known to every German punker, now in a more powerful guise, and everything looks as stylish as before. What remains are memories and a tear in the buttonhole.
