These are Argentine musicians, totaling two people, who have been doing their thing since 2003. In the summer of 2004, they toured around our country and even played in Cologne at the Mütze. I did not enjoy the live performance at all. They seemed to make an effort to keep the sound extremely poor, which doesn't stand out as much on this CD. With a lot of pain, I accepted this CD and was persuaded to review it. Afterwards, I was quite surprised to find that the singer actually has a nice, pleasant voice that she occasionally likes to use. The guitars sound like guitars, and a glockenspiel comes in pleasantly in the background. With the drums, it's very clear that a computer is at work. However, the keyboard seems to be too present in the sound. Sometimes, Klaus Apfel comes to mind when I listen to the quiet parts of the 11 songs. The beat is almost always the same, and individual songs could express themselves better if that same effect in the vocals wasn't always present. A front lead voice doesn't need to be hidden in every piece just to do justice to the D.I.Y recordings. Song 11 is my recommendation from the 18 minutes of playtime of this release, which is definitely available at a very low price from the relatively young label from Cologne Renkontre. This group is not my thing, but it has still made it into my player 3 times and was not interrupted!
