As Lemmy always says at the beginning of a concert, *We are here to kick your ass tonight* is a great opening line for this CD. 10 tracks that came together sometime in 2005 by musicians from Remscheid and Cologne of the slightly older generation can be found on this record. One solo chases another, which I quite like, as it is in a healthy balance! The drums are straight and rocking. Occasionally, there’s also a double bass, which is a bit too loud for my taste. The bass resonates well and comes across distorted and sometimes thumping in the sound. The guitar appears twice and has a slightly bluesier sound compared to Motörhead. The vocals could be a bit more rebellious... they are a bit too much in the foreground, which doesn't do the overall thing any favors! Otherwise, it's a great record that you can purchase at http://www.blackcargo.com for a reasonable price. Regarding the artwork, I can only recommend telling the bands time and again that lyrics should also be included in an inlay. I would rather skip seeing what the band members look like.
