Lyrically, the song addresses the experiences that singer Normen has had as a father of a daughter. "Barely in the world, it started. While boys were considered 'big and strong', she was primarily labeled with the attribute 'pretty'. We live in a society that is still far from equality."
What can be done about this is sung by the musicians in the song: practicing Krav Maga, celebrating Liselotte Meyer, and encouraging children to be "loud and uncomfortable" and to take the space that belongs to them.
