Resist To Exist 2019 Threatened

In 2018, the AfD had already submitted a long list of nonsensical questions in a small inquiry, aimed solely at discrediting the Resist To Exist Festival. At that time, nothing came of it, but this year, it seems that the local SPD and CDU are picking up on the last point (why exactly 18?) of the inquiry:
"18. Has the required building permit for the event in 2019 already been applied for and granted? If (not) yet granted, why not?"

After the festival could be held without issues for three years, the head of the building authority from the CDU and the SPD district administrator suddenly demand a building permit for the stages and tents on the meadow, which is being converted into a venue for three days. The organizer, Alterati e.V., was unable to submit this, which means that the festival, scheduled to take place from August 2 to 4 with acts like The Casualties and Atari Teenage Riot, is now likely no longer feasible in this form. A court hearing has already taken place against the Resist To Exist, and now they are appealing to the Higher Administrative Court.

As a Plan B, if they cannot successfully assert themselves in court, the event has now been registered together with a few showmen as a special market with a folk festival character. However, the mayor (CDU) of the city of Kremmen has already rejected the designation as a special market on the grounds that the event is not a folk festival. Now, all that remains is the hope that the DIY event can quickly assert itself in some form against this bureaucratic obstacle.
