Statues On Fire, new album "Living In Darkness" and on tour

The Brazilians from São Paulo are releasing their third album "Living In Darkness" on May 10 through Rookie. They are loved for their mix of hardness and melody, where catchy, harmonious songs alternate with fast, hard pieces. The album title exemplifies everything that Statues On Fire criticize about the situation in their country. The first single "Marielle" is dedicated to the politician and human rights activist Marielle Franco, who was shot by corrupt police officers in Rio de Janeiro on March 14, 2018.
