Rock am Ring: Eight Injured Due to Severe Weather

The severe weather of recent days is also affecting the Rock am Ring festival. On this Friday, there were eight injuries due to a lightning strike. These individuals were taken to nearby hospitals, and one person even had to be resuscitated, which, according to the DRK, was primarily successful. The police have set up an information hotline at 0261/10323-45.

The festival was temporarily interrupted in the evening due to the weather conditions. However, speculation about a complete cancellation is being denied.
