"Itchy Poopzkid is primarily a live band," explains Panzer, "we noticed during the recordings that the new songs are perfect for creating a stir at concerts and we can hardly wait to hit the road again with the new material."
A first live test will take place right at the release in April; at five already completely sold-out club concerts. An extensive tour through larger venues in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland will follow in October and November.
On their sixth work, Itchy Poopzkid present themselves with a new, harder sound level, which has been influenced by their new producer Florian Nowak and collaborations with various musicians. An album that proves that rock music in 2015 can still be relevant, refreshing, and in tune with the times even with English lyrics. "As always, there were some people who approached us and tried to convince us to sing in German, since that is currently the 'hot shit.' But that wouldn’t feel like Itchy Poopzkid anymore, it wouldn’t feel natural, and since everyone is doing it right now, we will continue to do what we think is best," Sibbi explains the band's unconventional path.
That the band continues to be critical of society & politics is shown by the sarcastic first single “Dancing in the sun.” An elegant slap in the face of today’s carefree pleasure society and blind stagnation politics, which simultaneously combines distorted guitars with strong melodies.

In "How to survive as a rock band – The ultimate guide of a trend-resistant non-hit-wonder band," the rocky path of a young band is described, which awkwardly carves its way through the chaos of the music business and, against all odds, establishes itself in the Bundesliga of the German rock scene.
With a lot of cynicism, self-criticism, seriousness & humor, Itchy Poopzkid report in their literary debut about dreams that come true, nightmares that unfortunately also come true; mishaps on stage that can’t be repeated often enough, health-threatening video shoots, and disputes with record companies, in short - about the normal madness of a band that has set its mind on being different and yet successful.
