BOYSETSFIRE announce additional show in Leipzig!
From Quiet to Loud - an extraordinary concert concept.
After several of the birthday shows of the post-hardcore veterans Boysetsfire scheduled for October are already completely sold out, the band is adding another, at least equally extraordinary concert. In Leipzig, they will perform a (r)evolutionary gig on October 10 at UT Connewitz.
"An evolution of volume" is how the band describes the special concept of the evening: Starting with gentle, acoustic tones, the volume will relentlessly increase throughout the evening, culminating in a brutal and fully electronic wave crashing over the audience. During the concert, Boysetsfire will play a set of emotionally charged songs, ranging from some long-unplayed classics to the passionate, almost manic tracks from their latest studio album "While A Nation Sleeps" (2013 via End Hit Records), which reached number 22 on the German album charts. In keeping with the concept, Matze Rossi will open the evening with an acoustic set to prepare the audience for the stirring night ahead.
The intimate and audience-friendly concert is part of the band's birthday celebrations from Newark/Delaware. For their 20th anniversary, Boysetsfire want to especially thank their fans for their loyal support over the past years, sold-out concerts across Europe, and especially for the incredible number of fans in front of the stage at their show at Rock am Ring - despite the simultaneous performance of Metallica on the main stage.
In addition to the concert in Leipzig, they will also play one of their successful albums from start to finish over three consecutive days in Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, and Vienna, and will perform their biggest hits in the encore. An exclusive acoustic session with singer Nathan Gray and guitarist Chad Istvan awaits fans who purchase a combo ticket for all three concerts in their city.
All concerts in Cologne are already completely sold out, just like the 3-day bundles for Berlin and Hamburg.
