The joint split single by BOYSETSFIRE and FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND will be released on May 9, 2014, as a collaboration between End Hits Records and No Sleep Records.
The influential post-hardcore bands BOYSETSFIRE and FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND will show us in May how to pay the ultimate tribute to both musical and human achievements. On that day, their joint split single will be released, featuring the high-performance musicians covering each other. A long-standing friendship is immortalized in black gold. The brotherhood among band friendships, then. The 7-inch single is a collaboration between End Hits Records (Europe) and No Sleep Records (USA) and will be released on May 9, 2014.
The split single includes on the A-side BOYSETSFIRE's version of the Funeral For A Friend song "10:45 Amsterdam Conversation" from the scene-defining EP "Between Order And Model". On the B-side, FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND contributes their groundbreaking version of the pioneering Boysetsfire song "Rookie", which originally appeared on the post-hardcore classic "After The Eulogy". Thus, the 7" unites two essential milestones from the back catalog of both bands.
