In March for a short trip to Germany: The US hardcore punk band BANE will give two exclusive performances. On March 15, they will play a concert at the historic Cassiopeia in Berlin, and on March 16, they will head to Four Rooms in Leipzig.
Since 1995, the quintet from Worcester, Massachusetts has represented all the ideals and cornerstones of the hardcore and punk scene. Powerful riffs, heartfelt lyrics, tolerance and unity, vegetarianism, and the drug-free straight edge movement, which especially shaped them in their early days. Additionally, there is the unconditional love for their subculture, which has provided them with a true alternative to mainstream rock and faceless pop since their youth. In the wake of New York hardcore bands like Sick Of It All and more modern hardcore combos like Have Heart, Defeater, or Ceremony, BANE has made a name for themselves.
Before the band reads the last pages of their final chapter in 2015, the German label End Hits Records has announced, alongside the two live dates in March, "Don't Wait Up," the band's third and final album. With the prospect of more shows.
