In their home country, as well as in England, the quartet from San Diego is already being highly praised and graced the cover of Big Cheese and Rocksound magazines:
"rock's next superstars" Kerrang!
“...you’ll need a power drill to dislodge the melodies” ROCK SOUND
“...heavyweights of their genre”. BIG CHEESE
2 quotes from the band regarding the tour and the release read as follows.
"Our new DVD, 'This Is A Wasteland,' features never before seen live and behind the scenes footage from our 2013 World Tour. Most of the stuff on here we probably shouldn't show you, but we're going to anyway! The UK / EU footage includes our 2013 headlining UK tour, Slam Dunk festival, Rock am Ring / Rock im Park, and even our first visit to BBC Radio 1. These were such amazing and unforgettable experiences, and it's time for us to share them with all of our fans!"
Pierce The Veil will be heading back to the UK & Europe in support of Bring Me The Horizon for their whole European tour.
"My prediction is that touring Europe / UK with our best friends is going to be insanity every single night! Our last trip of shows over there made for some of the craziest and most entertaining nights we have ever had on stage as a band, and we've been counting down the days till this next tour. It is also a real honor to share the stage with BMTH in their home country, as well as play for our amazing fans across Europe and even a few other cities we've never ventured before. We'll be hitting the stage with a full production as well as new songs that the UK and Europe have never heard us play live before. So pumped for this tour and can't wait to see all of our fan's faces again." says Vic Fuentes
