Sometimes it gathers thousands to discuss and philosophize in St. Imier, other times it "occupies" or blocks streets, squares, and entire financial districts. Or we hear that anarchy supposedly "rules" in Somalia or that it forms motorcycle gangs in the modern Wild West.
Often it is mistakenly equated simply with chaos and destruction.
But is that really the case? Why these contradictory representations? What is anarchy actually? What goals do anarchists pursue, why, and how do they organize themselves, and above all: Can anarchy be realized?
With the campaign "Time for Plan A," these questions are to be answered and an insight into the history, present, and future of the idea of anarchy is to be attempted.
