Dear ladies and gentlemen.
We ask for your attention...
At the beginning of April, it will finally happen. The three punk rockers from the Düsseldorf band “painwords” will, after eight years of playing their hearts out on over 150 concert stages, numerous lineup changes, and five demo recordings, finally record their debut CD, which will be released by Öttemusic and distributed nationwide. Just in time for the new year, the deal with the rising label from Neuss was made, which will surely take the three not-so-beloved chaos-makers a big step further in bringing their self-named “Rheincore” to the desired audience. German lyrics, lowered guitars, a balance between anger and creeping melodies, that’s exactly what you can expect.
On April 28th, the band invites you to the Düsseldorf Haus der Jugend, where they will celebrate their pre-release party, and it will surely be a full house with fun and loud sounds. With some special guests from the regional music scene on board, as well as the young band RadioAktiv from Grevenbroich, they will present their new work for the first time here.
For early birds, the fun costs only €4.50 instead of the regular pre-sale price of €7.
Just send an email to chris@painwords-online.de to reserve.
Cheers and rock’n’roll
