GOODBYE FAIRGROUND - NEW ALBUM AND TOUR

GOODBYE FAIRGROUND's second full-length album "I Started With The Best Intentions" will soon be released as a limited CD with special packaging, including the 4-song EP "We've Come A Long Way", a limited white 12" LP with an MP3 download card, and as a digital download! Additionally, their short tour with WESTERN GRACE kicks off on Saturday, March 23, ending with a big release party show in Münster on March 30, 2013. There will also be several more concerts and, above all, festival appearances to follow. Some have already been confirmed, with more to come! https://www.facebook.com/goodbyefairground/events

If you like bands such as AGAINST ME!, THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM, THE MENZINGERS, or THE THERMALS, you should definitely check out GOODBYE FAIRGROUND! The web magazine Soulseller-Mag agrees: "The last time a debut blew me away like this was in 2007, and it came straight out of New Jersey." And the colleagues from In-Your-Face add: "If you listen to the album of the self-proclaimed indie punk rockers without any bias, what captivates you is not immediately the heavy message behind the music, but the music itself. Each song comes blasting with powerful vocals that would be worthy of an Irish goblin. The band does a fantastic job supporting this, whether in the chorus or with their instruments. Each band member proves that loud does not equal uncontrolled misery, as the compositions are diverse and demanding."

Their self-titled debut album was released in 2008, followed by numerous concerts with bands such as The Menzingers, The Bronx / Mariachi El Bronx, Leatherface, Pascow, Lemuria, Cheap Girls, and Murder By Death. After another self-released and free 4-song EP, Concrete Jungle Records is finally presenting GOODBYE FAIRGROUND's "I Started With The Best Intentions" including the current single "Western Gold" (release date: February 8, 2013 - 7" vinyl / digital download). Just like the single, the entire album will captivate many. Eleven brand new songs packed with great anthems, melodies, and sheer passion.
