Macbeth Footwear Groezrock Competition is on

Macbeth Footwear invites your band to the greatest competition in the world. The Battle of all Battles! This is your ticket to rock the Macbeth Stage at the Groezrock Festival 2012, on April 27 & 28 in Meerhout, Belgium. The question is, however, "Does your band have the Macbeth Factor?!"

Register your band by filling out the form at www.macbethfootwear.net/groezrock before February 24. Show us what you can do! From all submitted applications, we, along with a jury of music industry professionals, will make a preliminary selection. The names of the 30 official competitors will be announced on our website on March 4. The selected bands must then mobilize as many people as possible to vote. Show us how your fans engage, test your PR skills, your creativity, and use your network, because the more votes you have, the better your chances of playing on the Macbeth Stage!

On March 18, Macbeth will announce the 10 final bands with the most votes that have earned their place on the Macbeth Stage at the Groezrock Festival 2012.

In addition to the 10 bands from the competition, 4 more bands will perform. 2 bands will receive a "Golden Ticket" from the Macbeth jury, and two spots will be awarded to well-connected bands. This year, we are proud to present "Nations Afire" featuring members of Rise Against, Death by Stereo, and Reach The Sky on April 27. The other bands will be announced soon.
